As I sat in the airport, awaiting my flight home after my last day at the Social Justice Training Institute, I opened a bottle full of social justice buttons that the trainers gave us on our way out. This button was the first one I pulled, and it resonated with me so much that I had to take a picture.
“TAKE SIDES. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.”
It was just what I needed to hear at the time, and I hope it gives you the push you need to what needs doing in your life and work.
